Join in a Facebook Live Chat with Vicky, mom of Katelyn, and Shaelyn, the palliative care nurse that helped them identify their goals for Katelyn’s life. Coming together 6 months after Katelyn’s death, Shaelyn and Vicky will discuss how they worked together to keep Katelyn comfortable and at home where she wanted to be.  Discussion topics will include: working with a hospital and home care team to facilitate goals.  Advanced Care Directives – DNR, DNI, AND. And life after loss.
